General

Your print will be made to order in our studio using a fine art quality wide format Epson inkjet printer.

ย We use Epson Ultrachrome HD pigment based archival inks for vibrant long lasting color.

We use archival grade heavyweight professional quality fine art paper. It is acid and lignin free. Archival grade paper is very durable and lasts a very long time. My source for art paper is Red River Paper.

No, your print will not arrive in a frame. You will receive only the print that you ordered. We offer prints in standard US frame sizes; 5″x7″, 8″x10″ and 11″x14″. You can frame your print in a style that complements your decor.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping within the United States is free.ย 

Once we receive your order, your prints will be made and mailed via USPS within 2-5 business days.ย 

Packaging your print to ensure its safe arrival is very important to us. Your print will be protected in an archival safe polyethylene sleeve placed in a durable rigid mailer.ย 

We are committed to using only sustainable packaging supplies to ship our prints. The poly bags, rigid mailers and tape are made of 100% recycled materials and are 100% recyclable. They are sourced from Ecoenclose.com.

Please recycle.

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. When your order is received, we will begin the process of printing and mailing your art print. Once it has been mailed, it will be on its way to you.

We do not accept returns. The print you ordered was printed just for you. To make sure every customer receives the highest quality print, each print is made when ordered and a returned print cannot be resold. Please ask any questions that you might have prior to placing your order. ย Use the Contact Form to submit your inquiry and we will be happy to respond as soon as possible. Please note that colors may vary slightly due to the variability in the way monitors and screens on different devices display color.ย 

We take great care in properly packaging your order to ensure that it arrives safely. If your print is damaged during shipping, please notify us as soon as possible. The item must be mailed back in the condition in which it arrived. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. The damage will be assessed and where appropriate, the item will be replaced at no cost to the customer.

Payment

Yes, payments are processed through Authorize.Net. Your financial information is secure and only available to Authorize.Net. It is not shared with Everyone Loves Birdie or any other entity.

Payments from all major credit cards and digital payment options like Visa Checkout, Apple Pay, and PayPal are accepted. Transactions are processed through Authorize.Net.
